Educational and professional program projects (EPPs) are preliminary versions of higher education training programs that define the requirements for the level of education, a list of mandatory and elective disciplines with a logical sequence of their study, the learning load, expected learning outcomes and a description of professional competencies (integral, general, professional) for bachelor’s or master’s levels of higher education in the relevant specialty.
EPP projects are developed by scientific and pedagogical teams of specialized departments of the II Medical School and EPP working groups led by EPP guarantors in order to update the content of training, integrate the latest scientific research data and experience of real practical activities in the specialty of EPP into the educational process.
EPP projects are published on the official website of the II Medical School for review by stakeholders, employers and higher education students, who can submit proposals for their improvement.
The results of the public discussion of the updated editions of educational and professional programs (EPP) include adjusting the content of the EPP and curricula in accordance with the requirements of the labor market, updating the list of competencies and educational components in order to update the content of training, strengthen practical training, and form knowledge and skills in accordance with international and national standards of higher education.
